1. Processing Times

  • All orders in USA are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

2. International Shipping & Transit Times

We proudly ship our products globally from our secure fulfillment hubs. Estimated delivery windows depend heavily on your location:

  • Europe & Canada: 5 to 10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10 to 18 business days

Please note: Transit times are estimates and do not include initial processing windows or potential customs delays in your destination country.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination weight and size.

  • Free Shipping Promotions: When active, free shipping thresholds will be automatically applied at checkout to qualifying order totals.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Minty Trends is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Minty Trends cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you haven't received it, please contact the local courier directly using your tracking number.
