Refund policy
At Minty Trends- Bluefish Technologies , we want you to love your purchase. If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help make it right.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a standard return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original retail packaging. Please note: Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives broken, defective, or if our warehouse sends you the wrong item (incorrect size, color, or SKU), Minty Trends takes full responsibility.
To claim a free replacement or a full refund, you must report the issue to us at support@mintytrends.com within 25 days of delivery with the following information:

Your order number.

Clear photos or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

A clear photo of the shipping label on the original outer packaging.
3. Severe Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
We monitor our global shipments closely. In the rare event that a package is stuck, pending, or shows absolutely no tracking updates, you are eligible for an immediate full refund or a free replacement after the following timeframes have passed:

United States Orders: Delayed beyond 45 days from the shipping date.

International / Global Orders: Delayed beyond 60 days from the shipping date.
4. Packages Marked "Delivered" But Missing
If our tracking portal shows your package was successfully "Delivered" but you have not received it, we advise checking with family members, neighbors, or your local mail carrier first.
Because we rely on official carrier data, Minty Trends can only issue a refund or replacement for a package marked "Delivered" if you provide us with an official non-delivery certification or written claim confirmation from your local post office or courier verifying that the package was misdelivered or is lost.
5. Order Cancellations
Because our fulfillment system processes orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery times, orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped by our warehouse. Once an order enters the packaging or shipping phase, it cannot be halted.

Please note: Pre-order inventory or custom print-on-demand items cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
6. How to Start a Claim
To initiate a return, cancellation, or damage claim, please reach out directly to our support team at support@mintytrends.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
